Application Process

• Applicants fill out an online application form.
• Applicants will be invited to complete an online psychometric test after they have completed the application form.
• Suitable candidates will be invited to a 1st round screening interview with respected members of various industry bodies and academic representatives from UCC in October 2011.
• Successful candidates will be invited to a 2nd round interview with Farmleigh Sponsoring Companies in October and November 2011.
• Candidates offered positions at Farmleigh companies will commence the programme from the middle of December or beginning of January of that calendar year.

What happens when you submit your application?

After you have completed the application form you will receive confirmation that your application has been submitted successfully and you will be invited to complete the online psychometric test.

Note: If you have already completed ALL the psychometric assessments as part of this year’s Enterprise Ireland's G4IG programme, you will not be required to complete the online test as part of your application for the MBS Asian Business for 2012.
