Successful applicants will meet the following criteria;
Academic Background
- Applicants should hold an honours degree and have attained at least a 2.2 award or an equivalent academic or professional qualification in one of the following areas: Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, Humanities, Social Science.

Experience/Skills
- Self-starters with drive, discipline and the ability to solve problems.
- Resourcefulness and an ability to rapidly adapt to what may be an enormously fluid and unpredictable business and cultural environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, an ability to identify opportunities and to follow these through to completion by working with others.
- An unmatched ability to schedule and manage time and resources plus deliver projects on their own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish effective internal and external working relationships with key people across different services/functions.
- Strong ability to network and build lasting business relationships.
Language Requirements
Proficiency in an Asian language is not a general requirement but will be advantageous with some sponsoring companies.
Funding Requirements
You will need to cover your accommodation and day to day living costs for your time in Ireland and in Singapore. Accommodation and travel costs for participants who undertake work-placements or business trips outside of Singapore will be paid for by your sponsoring company.
